Richard H. Sutcliffe
President, CEO, and Director
Richard H. Sutcliffe, Ph.D., P.Geo has 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining, including President and CEO of Auriga Gold Corp. and Patricia Mining and has had previous management and directorships positions at North American Palladium and Matamec Explorations. He has held various mining and geological management positions with private entities as well, including the Ontario Geological Survey.
 
Eric Loch
Vice President, Projects
Mr. Loch is a Project Management Professional with over 15 years of experience in managing mining and construction projects globally. Mr. Loch has been employed by Iron Ore Company of Canada (IOC), De Beers, DRA Americas Inc. and Shell Africa and has experience in the evaluation, design and construction of mine projects. Mr. Loch has worked with URSA Major since 2007 and most recently has managed the Company's operations at the Shakespeare Mine.
 
Alison Tullis
Investor Relations Manager
Ms. Tullis has seven years of investor relations experience, most recently as Senior Mining Account Manager with an international IR firm based in Toronto. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brock University and a Marketing Management Certificate from George Brown College, Toronto.
 
Vic Hugo
Financial Controller and Interim CFO
Mr. Hugo is an accounting professional with over 15 years of international experience, particularly in the mining and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Hugo has worked for Avgold Limited, Avmin Limited (Coal Division), and Bosal Africa Limited in a financial management capacity and was responsible for accounting, financial budgeting and reporting.
 
Keeheum Shin
Director
Mr. Shin is the Chief Operating Officer of KORES Canada, a subsidiary of Korea Resources Corporation (an international mineral resource development company). Mr. Shin has held several management and director positions with KORES' overseas and investment departments. Mr. Shin is a Geologist and holds a Bachelor of Geology degree from Seoul National University, Korea.
 
H. Ross Arnold*

Mr. Arnold is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Quest Capital Corp., a US-based private investment and management company. Mr. Arnold has been a significant shareholder in URSA Major since 2002 and brings a substantial amount of business experience to the Board, particularly in the fields of corporate finance and acquisitions.
 
Trevor A. Anderson*, P.Eng.
Director
Mr. Anderson is a professional engineer who has over 30 years of experience in the development and management of engineering, procurement and construction projects in mining. He specializes in project feasibility studies, risk analysis and project execution and has worked with numerous mining companies including BHP and Rio Tinto Iron Ore in the past.
 
Amar Bhalla*, CFA, ICD.D
Director
Mr. Bhalla is the President of Capit Investment Corp., a private merchant bank focused on private equity and venture capital. He is the Director of a number of public companies including Carlaw Capital III, Trinorth Capital, and TrueContext mobile Solutions. He is chairman of the Independent Review Committee of Navina Asset Management Inc.
 
John Lee
Director
John Lee is an entrepreneur and CFA charterholder with degrees in economics and engineering from Rice University. He was appointed Chairman and CEO of Prophecy Resource Corp. in October 2009. In a little over a year under John's leadership, Prophecy Resource Corp. grew from having minimal assets to owning substantial coal and Ni-PGM assets in Mongolia and Canada, respectively. Mr. Lee restructured Prophecy Resource into Prophecy Coal Corp. (PCY.T) and Prophecy Platinum Corp (TSX.V: NKL) in June, 2011. Prophecy Coal Corp. is the first Canadian public company to obtain a license to build thermal coal power plant in Mongolia and only the second to commission a coal mine to production in that country. Prophecy Platinum controls the Wellgreen property; a large nickel-PGM project in the Yukon Territory. John Lee is currently Chairman of Prophecy Platinum and CEO and Chairman of Prophecy Coal Corp.
 
Greg Hall
Director
Greg Hall is an independent business advisor to the mining industry. For over 30 years, Mr. Hall has focused on significant international exploration, development, and mining ventures, and all aspects of their structuring and finance. He is a current director of Prophecy Coal Corp., Prophecy Platinum Corp., and a former director of Silvercorp Metals Inc (NYSE: SVM, TSX: SVM), China's largest primary silver producer. His previous positions include: Director at Haywood Securities Inc.; Vice-President, Canaccord Capital Corporation; and Senior Vice-President of Leede Financial Markets Inc. He is a graduate of the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, SME Enterprise Board Program, and a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
